report card with five school facades in background

We look forward to our Illinois Report Card results every year to celebrate student growth and find ways to continue improving. In this annual assessment, each IL school receives one of five performance levels.

This year, we are proud to share that every school in District 96 earned a rating of Exemplary or Approaching Exemplary.

A large part of the report card measures student growth: how much our students learn and improve over the course of a school year. Growth does not happen by chance. It comes from great teaching, carefully designed curricular programs, and the daily work of a dedicated board, district leaders, and engaged families who meet each student where they are and help them move forward.

To learn more about these ratings and student performance data, tune in to our November 4 Committee of the Whole meeting to hear from Casimira Gorman, our Director of Teaching & Learning. Join us in person at Central at 7:00pm or watch it live or recorded on YouTube.
